Bay Street Bakery Caters to Corporate Crowd

Gord Mackie, executive chef at Far Niente, is offering a menu of fresh breads, soups, and mini desserts at a new Bay Street bakery. Petit Four Bakery, which opened on the concourse level of Commerce Court South this fall, targets the take-out market in the busy downtown financial district. The bakery is open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is accompanied by a corporate catering operation. Selections include focaccia sandwich trays, salads, and soups. Individualized lunch boxes including a sandwich, raw vegetables, a small salad, and a petit four dessert are also available.

Group orders for more than 25 people require 24 hours' notice, and a minimum order of $100 is required for delivery. All ingredients are prepared in-house.
