The partners of A.N.D.M. will open Café Entourage in Hollywood at the intersection of Hollywood and Vine this week. The new 7,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant and lounge will be available for full or partial buyout, with a capacity of 240 seated in the existing layout, or as many as 350 for a reception.
The main dining area with full bar has 150 seats, and the main bar seats 20. There is an upstairs lounge including a separate second bar with a capacity of 100; an outdoor patio for 200 with a third portable bar, glass fire pits and heat lamps; and a front patio facing Vine for 30. There is a full kitchen and catering available for events, or a cocktail menu. There's a GBL sound system throughout the restaurant, a projection screen in the main dining room, and a large photo installation by Los Angeles photographer Tigran Tovmasyan.
Chef Michael Ben, from B&B in Las Vegas and Aroma Café on Sunset Boulevard, designed a menu of favorites like omelettes, salads, sandwiches, panini, pasta, and pizza, paired with new house specials such as the signature tuna salad, lamb chops, and beef stroganoff.
The venue serves brunch, lunch, and dinner. It opens at 8 a.m. every day and will be open for 24 hours a day, Thursday to Saturday.
