This week's roundup includes superhero-theme newspapers at The Tick's after-party in New York, a Macy's dessert-inspired runway at Dessert Goals in Brooklyn, LED octopus lights at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, and a beach ball-filled attic at the Awesomeness Beach House in Santa Monica.

Multimedia company Awesomeness rented a beach house in Santa Monica to host programming and events from July 25 to August 6. The attic was transformed into the “Awesomeness Infinity Beach Room,” creating a unique space for photo ops. The lighting in the room changed colors for each event, and twinkle lights, beach balls, and large mirrors added to the effect. Mirrored Media produced the event.
