GIFT: Glowing Necklaces

Here's a new idea for V.I.P. identification badges--and a trend which hordes of pop stars have glommed on to: necklaces with glowing charms that have been seen around Steven Tyler's neck and below Christina Aguilera's navel. Yanova's GloGear necklaces--which can be screen-printed with corporate logos--can make fun gifts or double as V.I.P. badges at special events. (MTV gave them out at its 20th anniversary party, left.) Hung from a wire that attaches to magnetized on/off nodes on a tiny battery, the necklaces' clear charms glow in one of eight available colors. The one- to two-inch plastic charms come in a variety of shapes, including butterflies, stars and Chinese symbols, or they can be custom molded for very large orders--Britney Spears signed up for a customized daisy design with her name emblazoned across the center. --Samantha Melamed
