Michelin-Starred Restaurant Offers Off-Premise Catering Service

Two-star Michelin restaurant Cyrus, located in Sonoma's wine country, recently launched a new luxury dining service called Cyrus Private. Designed for groups up to 50 people, the service includes seasonal and personalized multi-course dining offerings from chef Douglas Keane, use of the restaurant's signature caviar and champagne cart, and wine service from the venue's collection of more than 1,000 selections, all of which can be transported to any off-site destination in the world, recreating the restaurant's culinary experience.

Menu selections include Thai marinated lobster with hearts of palm and lamb loin with cippolini onion and cranberry beans. The package includes use of the restaurant's tableware, linen, and crystal, plus a staff to execute the meal.
