The theme of the Emmys Governors Ball in September was "A Romantic Rhapsody in Red" and saw the Los Angeles Convention Center's West Hall designed to look like the inside of a red rose. Red rose petals were suspended in the sculpted ice bars, sponsored by Grey Goose.

At this year’s E3, Disney Interactive showcased Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, the latest in the hybrid toy-game series. Attendees passed into the booth through a custom-built illuminated entryway known as the Disney Infinity Figure Arch, which displayed all of the figures that have ever been released.

Two custom structures created a sense of arrival at the entrance to the residence of the German ambassador. They reflected the modern architecture of the residence, and the long design drew guests into the reception hall. Since the attractive structures featured the Opera Ball logo, they also doubled as a step-and-repeat.

QVC Presents Red Carpet Style Pre-Oscar Party

QVC hosted its pre-Oscar party, one of the busiest events of the weekend, under a tent at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills against intense off-and-on rain Friday night. The event's build out from SPEC Entertainment included a red carpet bridge placed over the hotel's fountain, plus a heavily draped tent with poles wrapped in ivy.
