On Wednesday night, Yahoo marked the relaunch of Genome, a brand previously known as Interclick, with a minimalist affair. To create a modern aesthetic inside a SoHo townhouse, the producers employed a mix of clean lines and white furnishings. For entertainment, the organizers brought in synchronized swimmers dressed to look like aliens.

White, mask-shaped chairs, which were used for guest seating as well as decor, served as a focal point in the main room. The brand's logo was also incorporated into the decor, illuminating a wall through laser-projection technology and embedded in some of the furnishings.

The indoor pool area, located on the second floor of the venue, was decorated with large clear and silver balloons. A bar topped with a silver sequin table cloth stood at the far end of the room.

A trio of synchronized swimmers from Gotham Synchro swam in the venue's indoor pool, which was visible through a looking glass in the lobby. The water dancers sported custom metallic body suits with glow-in-the-dark trimming, outfits designed to make them look like aliens.

The design team also incorporated the brand's logo by using it as art to hang on the walls.
