Booze Epoque brings handcrafted, seasonal cocktails to private events. Co-owners Meaghan Sinclair and Harmony Dawn also teach group cocktail classes. For events, they can prepare sips for as many as 250 partygoers; classes are limited to 16 guests. This fall, Sinclair and Dawn are scouring local farmer's markets for ingredients to use in their recipe for spiced squash sangria. They'll also make a muddled pear-and-sorrel cocktail that 'goes beautifully with cava,' says Dawn. Other ingredients they'll work with in the coming months include figs, rhubarb, blood oranges, nutmeg, and locally distilled spirits.
