To avoid the typical bar table setups, the event producers created several interactive areas for the mixologists and bartenders, including a wishing-well-like piece that held punch.

The caterers used tree slabs as trays for passed hors d'oeuvres.

To make the 120 guests feel as if they were having dinner in a clearing in the woods, decorators used fiber-optic draping to create a sky above and emerald green turf carpeting to simulate the forest floor below.

Oversize leaves were suspended above the stage while a black backdrop glowed with twinkle lights reminiscent of the nighttime sky.

The ballroom doors were adorned with greenery and unicorn images to channel the enchanted-forest ambience.

Drawing from the film's wedding scene, the producers installed a dramatic floral canopy and arch in the center of the party space. Branches and foliage complemented the look.

The prop wedding cake from the movie was on display at the premiere party. Before the event, a photo booth in the fan camp allowed the Twilight devotees to snap shots with the piece and cardboard cutouts of cast members. (When the cake later appeared at the party, the producers replaced its fake flowers with real ones.)

An Airstar moon—the single element that has carried through Twilight's premiere parties over the years— hung over the tented party space.
