Sixteen large screens created a stunning display around the perimeter of the main networking area, known as the Experience Zone. The screens, if placed end-to-end, would fill the length of three football fields. Questions displayed on the screens were answered during the three keynote presentations.

Organizers created a private lounge on an upper floor of the convention center for members of the SAP Select program, an invitation-only group of the company's 250 best customers. In addition to the lounge, participants could also attend exclusive education sessions in nearby breakout rooms.
