For centerpieces, the designer incorporated square-shaped canopies, illuminated by candles that hung from the leaves in glass cylinders. Gift bags from sponsor Cartier were placed on guest's seats prior to the start of the event.

Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being

The Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being opened June 6 at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas. The facility can accommodate 230 spa treatments per day, and planners can reserve the entire facility for 450 people. In addition to traditional treatments for the face and body, the spa offers fitness classes, nutrition guidance, mind-body therapies, and integrative medicine. Management can also create a custom program that includes activities such as vertical wall yoga, outdoor hiking, and stress-management workshops.

Each year, a local caterer in the host city sponsors the evening party on the second day of the conference. This year, at the Capitol Fare party held at Dock5 on August 16, Occasions Caterers served a variety of dishes via buffet tables, food stations, and its new revolving ferris wheel of appetizers, such as caprese salad and gazpacho shooters.

Kehoe Designs transformed the Fairmont Hotel's ballroom into a tropical setting with lagoon-colored lighting, leafy centerpieces, and giant cutouts of animal silhouettes for the Goodman Gala, which was held in Chicago in May 2013 and celebrated the theater's production of The Jungle Book.
