In addition to working with clients such as Dreamforce and P.C.M.A., Sonic Foundry uses its video-streaming and recording capabilities at its user conference, Unleash. “We spend two or three months preparing content for our user conference, and it only lasts three days," Lipps says. "But it’s amazing what a treasure trove of information our marketing team has once that content has been captured at the event."
