Patron, collector, and arts education advocate Gund has given hundreds of works of art to the museum and has supported numerous exhibitions and programs over the years. Here, she’s pictured with director of MoMA P.S.1 Klaus Biesenbach.

This year's on-theme step and repeat took on a more freestyle garden look as compared to the more manicured designs in years past. The event was made possible by support from Carolina Herrera.

For the first time, dinner was held in the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden.

Inside the tented dining space, sections of round and rectangular dining tables were decorated in four distinct springtime shades—sunshine yellow, robin’s egg blue, rich teal, and cherry blossom pink.

The linens, seat cushions, glassware, and floral arrangements matched the color palettes of the tables. Grey accents pop up throughout the decor.

In addition to wooden slat chairs, some dining setups included luxe upholstered sofas.

The floral arrangements, which contained a mix of greenery and blooms, reflected the colors of the dining table.

Greenery swags hung from the clear plastic tent’s trusses, and faux grass carpeting lined the space.

During the cocktail reception in the lobby, guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres by Union Square Events such as caviar with creme fraiche.

Small floral buds decorated the serving trays.

Following dinner, about 1,300 guests attended the after-party, which featured a performance by St. Vincent and DJ sets from Sofi Tukker and SimiHaze.

The after-party, which was held inside the Gund lobby, featured wall projections and minimal decor.
