Houston

Houston, we have a new outdoor venue. Opening in early 2021 will be one of the world’s largest rooftop parks, aka a rooftop farm. POST Houston will be a rustic, authentic Texas event space in downtown Houston with stunning views of the city’s skyline. The 6,000-sq.-ft. space will be fully customizable and can host intimate and large-scale events for up to 300 guests. Planners will have their pick from an array of F&B options from the curated list of event caterers. In case of inclement weather, a customizable tent is available as well as in house audiovisual and lighting capabilities.

Escalante, Utah

Wander out to Yonder to enjoy an authentic American West experience. This reimagined outdoor lodging and glamping experience in southern Utah opens in October 2020 and has 10 custom Airstreams, 22 modern cabins and 67 RV camping sites. Guests find a sense of renewal as they get lost among this outdoor oasis. Why not have a corporate meeting and have everyone drive in via RV? When adventure calls, guests will have easy access to famous landscapes such as Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Escalante Petrifies Forest State Park and more natural wonders. On-site activities include a resort pool, hot tub, bonfire pits, complimentary s’mores, board games and books.

Gateway, Montana

Guests could easily spend 365 days at the 320 Guest Ranch in Big Sky, Montana. Located between Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park, 320 Guest Ranch honors its rich Western history and celebrates Montana’s pioneer spirit through lodging, food and outdoor activities. The seven luxury log cabins are all decorated in Western motifs with log interior walls and big windows for guests to take in the vista views and starry sky. Guests will have their pick from three on-site eateries to enjoy Western fare. When it’s time for teambuilding, activities include horseback riding, fly fishing, sleigh rides, white water rafting and more. The ranch is perfect for a small conference or executive meeting since the facilities can accommodate up to 250 people.

Boston

YOTEL Boston (top photo) is the newest hotel to hit the city’s popular Seaport District. Inspired by first-call air travel, the hotel has 326 smartly designed cabins (ranging from 152 to 487 square feet with motorized space-saving beds) and a technology-driven guest experience that includes human-free check-ins with airline-style kiosks and a mobile concierge app, room service and amenity deliveries via YO2D2, the resident robot. Like many new hotels, YOTEL Boston has a rooftop bar, DECK 12, that offers breathtaking panoramic harbor views. Attendees can enjoy an alfresco meal with inventive dishes and refreshing cocktails. When it’s time to meet, planners can choose from one of the five meeting spaces.

Newport, Rhode Island

Your guests will be enchanted by the elegant Chanler at Cliff Walk the moment they arrive on the property. Combined with Gilded Age opulence and lush manicured lawns, the boutique hotel is a dreamy escape in stunning Newport, Rhode Island. Guests will love the lavish accommodations inside the 20-room luxury hotel, and they can also enjoy a socially distanced outdoor cocktail hour at the Cabana Bar on the Meadow Lawn with one of the signature cocktails in hand, or they can relish in the coastal breeze as they overlook the Cliff and Meadow Lawns on the Adirondack chairs.
