Chocolate cotton candy is the latest product at the Candy Clouds Company in Tamarac, Florida. It's as sticky and sweet as the usual, but has a silky consistency due to the addition of Dutch chocolate. The treat is packaged in containers that can be customized with a color photo or logo, company or event information—all can be done.
