The tables at the Leading Restaurants of New York gala were set with special custom-made plates from Rosenthal that were printed with the evening's menu--a five-course meal with dishes from 11 different chefs from high-profile restaurants. After the first two courses, the waiters removed the plates, and guests found them in their gift bags at the end of the night.
