On the last day of Fashion Week, Tommy Hilfiger showcased his line of modern men’s and women’s clothing in a sleekly decorated Hammerstein Ballroom. Production company OBO, designer Michael Brown of Lot71, and creative director Etienne Russo of Villa Eugenie created an ethereal three-dimensional forest in the giant space using a black-and-white palette and simple fabric panels hung from the ceiling. More than 800 people attended the show, including such personalities as Richie Rich, Michelle Williams, Philip Bloch, and Damon Dash.

Models walked among eight translucent scrim panels—hung from the ceiling and attached to the floor—which contrasted the simple black risers and plexiglass floor.

The 60-foot-long backdrop—an enlarged mural of a black-and-white archived photo of the Congress Hiking Trail in California’s Sequoia National Forest—gave the runway a dramatic look.
