In an effort to expand its lifestyle communications division, the Mint Agency has inked a deal to acquire MAS Communications, the marketing and event planning firm announced Wednesday. The merger takes effect on Friday, with MAS Communications moving its operation into the Mint Agency's headquarters on Campbell Avenue.
 
“We are thrilled to announce the official acquisition of MAS Communications, and subsequently, the internal launch of Mint Communications, an expansion of our current PR Division which will operate under the Mint Agency umbrella," Mint Agency president and C.E.O. Jordan Fogle said in a statement.

Samantha Brickman, founder and C.E.O. of MAS Communications, said her role will now focus on brand development and consulting for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. "This partnership will strengthen and expand the services of the Mint Agency allowing our united clientele access to an incredible team of industry experts," she said.
 
Current clients and projects of the Mint Agency include Porsche, Brassaii, ACT, the Juno Awards, Toronto Tourism, and the Scarborough Hospital Foundation. MAS Communications' past and current clientele includes Porter Airlines, Holt Renfrew, David Babaii for WildAid, and Dolce and Gabbana.
