Presented by American Airlines and Citi at the Ace Hotel following the Grammys, Universal Music Group’s event included a chic candlelit bar bearing the sponsors' names.

Lucian Grainge’s Artist Showcase at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on February 11 gave attendees access to Universal Music Group’s established and up-and-coming talent through performances. A gallery-style wall included sponsors' names—Citi and American Airlines presented—as well as a place for talent to add signatures.

On February 12, CAA hosted a Grammy party at Hyde with nominees and past winners in attendance including Stevie Wonder, Boy George, and others. There, marquee-style lettering spelled out the agency’s name against a wooden-slat wall, and carnival string lights hung over head.

The premiere party for the upcoming HBO miniseries Big Little Lies took place February 7 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Designed by Billy Butchkavitz, the party featured centerpieces inspired by the Monterey Peninsula, which is the setting of the series.

The premiere for the fifth season of FX's Russian spy drama The Americans took place February 25 at the DGA Theater, followed by an after-party at the Plaza Hotel in New York. The party had a vodka ice bar that served Stoli, with a sculpture designed by Okamoto Studio that featured the show's title.

The event's hashtag was showcased in signage created with orange feathers.


At Lucky Lounge Presents: Desert Jam at the Ingleside Inn in Palm Springs, produced by BMF Media, an eye-catching three-dimensional press wall included such all-American items as a flag and denim—placed in front of the mountain and palm tree natural backdrop.

At the Revolve Festival, held at the Merv Griffin Estate in Indio, a photo backdrop included a bold logo against a vibrant tie-dye-like succulent wall.

Also at the Revolve Festival, open signage bearing the brand's name evoked a look similar to the iconic Hollywood Sign. The mirrored look also recalled Doug Aitken's "Mirage" art installation, currently on view in Palm Springs as part of the limited-time Desert X installation.

At the first Coachella party created as a family-friendly environment, the members group Fashion Mamas hosted a pool party where a balloon centerpiece behind the pool served as a photo backdrop.


A focal point of the event was a fragrance bar populated by the scent's three main notes: iris, mandarin orange, and patchouli and musk.

Hulu’s viewing party and after-party took place at Otium restaurant, attached to the Broad museum. Designed and produced by 15/40 Productions, the party featured a step-and-repeat with wood plank walls and metal planters filled with lavender. Decor focused on The Handmaid’s Tale, the evening’s winner for Outstanding Drama Series: The Hulu and Handmaid’s Tale logos were backlit and mounted onto the walls, and dramatic scenes from the show were displayed in custom eight-by-eight light boxes.


Mint Julep Month, a marketing campaign from Garden & Gun, Maker’s Mark, and the Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau, kicked off April 8 with a Southern-Inspired brunch at Gramercy Park Hotel in New York. A wall of greenery studded with Maker's Mark bottles served as a backdrop for photos.
