Cottonelle hosted a beauty lounge for celebrities, media, and influencers during New York Fashion Week on September 8 and 9 at Openhouse in SoHo. The event had a branded wall created with rolls of toilet paper, which was designed by BMF Media Group.

To bring its fall advertising campaign to life, online shopping brand Gilt took over a downtown New York townhouse from September 30 to October 8 to host a series of consumer-focused events tied to the brand's various lifestyle offerings. A culinary event took place September 30 and featured a signage wall that had the phrase "In Good Taste" created with various kitchen knives.

A kid-friendly family event took place on October 2. Brand signage for the event was created with Crayola crayons. Kids and parents were encouraged to color in the rest of the wall.

For events on Pier 92, including Barilla's Italian Table on October 13 and the Blue Moon Burger Bash on October 14, sponsor Di Lusso Deli Company presented a giant Italian sandwich complete with larger-than-life chips and a company flag. The activation served as a popular photo op for attendees, with props including a giant pickle.

For the 2016 PGA Show, held in Orlando in January, Philadelphia-based agency Sparks created a booth for TaylorMade. The structure—designed to highlight the golf brand’s products in an interactive setting—featured 20-foot-high rotating signage and multiple projection surfaces. The space also had two golf simulators, meeting rooms, putting greens, and hitting bays.

Wanting the exhibit to build buzz in the press, Faraday Future asked Portland, Oregon-based Pinnacle Exhibits for an innovative C.E.S. space for the launch of its FFZero1 electric vehicle concept. In 48 hours, the company’s booth had earned some 45,000 direct press mentions.

Cameras mounted in the exhibit captured real-time action at a coffee shop; that content then flowed into a projected globe and then into a high-tech “command center.” The walk ended in a living-room-inspired setting, where guests could watch the feed on the small screen.

For the August 26 concert by DNCE on NBC's Today show, sponsor Citi distributed 8,500 branded Google Cardboard headsets in advance to Citi card members and NBC Fan Pass subscribers, and more than 1,000 headsets to attendees at New York's Rockefeller Plaza on the day of the performance. Using the viewers, fans were able to see the performance in 360-degrees, view different band members, look out at the audience, etc. In addition to the 14-minute live stream experience, users could access post-show content in virtual reality online. IM360 filmed and produced the experience.
