Upper East Side restaurant Rouge Tomate is offering cocktail-making classes in its lounge, Stirred. In keeping with the restaurant's produce-heavy, calorie-conscious menu, in-house mixologist Rainlove Lampariello can teach participants how to make drinks with fresh fruit juices and other healthy elements, like a Mai Tai made with rum, pineapple, almond milk, and lime juice, or the Queen’s Cup, a blend of Pimm’s, cucumber purée, mint, and lemon juice. Private classes, which run for about 90 minutes, can be arranged for up to 15 people at a cost of $50 per person plus gratuity.
