Architecture firm Marmol Radziner Prefab has created its first installation in Los Angeles in the form of a 2,800-square-foot eco-friendly home, available now for event rental. Built using green assembly methods, the Venice property is dubbed the Palms Residence.
The two-story home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and comes furnished; the firm will consider rentals without furnishings on a case-by-case basis. Design highlights include extensive built-in American walnut cabinetry, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor sitting room, custom bathroom tiles, and custom Marmol Radziner furnishings. The home accommodates groups of as many as 100 people, making use of both indoor and outdoor space.
