Here's a look at the best new Las Vegas restaurants, hotels, party rooms, corporate event venues, conference centers, and private rooms to open this fall. These new and renovated Las Vegas venues can accommodate groups large or small for private and corporate events, meetings, business dinners, cocktail parties, conferences, weddings, and more.

SLS Las Vegas—formerly the Sahara Hotel—opened in September following a $415 million renovation. Located on the north end of the Strip, the property is SBE's largest hotel, with 1,600 rooms in three towers. Lenny Kravitz and Kravitz Design Inc. designed a collection of suites, and Philippe Starck consulted on the design through Gensler. The restaurant and nightlife lineup includes many of SBE's signature brands such as the Sayers Club, the Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya, Cleo, 800 Degrees, Umami Burger, and the Griddle Café. The property also includes a 20,000-square-foot nightclub called Life, a club called Foxtail, and the Foxtail Pool Club. It also has 80,000 square feet of meeting space.

The venue seats 200 or holds 300 for receptions.

The ballroom holds 900 theater-style or 800 for receptions and can be split in two for smaller functions. In total, the property offers 140,000 square feet of convention space.

Keep Memory Alive Event Center, the Frank Gehry-designed venue that supports the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, has modified its kitchen to offer kosher events. Working with a rabbi, chef Gustav Mauler devised the menus, and the food is served on Narumi bone china. The venue, which opened in 2010, seats 450 guests or holds 700 for receptions. For events that include the breezeway and garden, the space holds 1,500.
