Here's a look at Atlanta's new spaces open for events this fall. The new and renovated Atlanta venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
A note regarding COVID-19: At BizBash, we're still committed to bringing you ideas and inspiration for when (yes, when!) events are back up and running. Some of the venues listed here may not yet be available for hosting events due to the pandemic, or they may be operating at a lower capacity.

Just a two-hour drive outside the perimeter in Augusta, Ga., sits the city's highly anticipated newcomer, Edgar's Above Broad. The fresh 17,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment venue offers indoor and outdoor event space for as many as 545 guests at full capacity, with full buyouts not only welcomed but encouraged. The interior can seat 84 inside or 100 standing, while the outdoor terrace holds 120 seated or 360 standing. For more intimate gatherings, a private dining room and board room are available, accommodating 25 and 12 seated guests, respectively. (The board room boasts smart TVs for presentations.) Entertainment and team-building opportunities abound at the spacious venue, with a bocce ball court, a giant checkers board, and a putting green. Though Atlanta's temperatures make this spot ideal for fall events and meetings, Edgar's Above Broad offers canopies, misting machines, and heaters to adjust to any season. When it comes to food and beverage, guests will find skilled bartenders slinging creative cocktails at the outdoor Airstream and a small plate-focused menu curated by executive chef and culinary operations director Frank Kassner.

Hot off the heels of a $12 million renovation, the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center is ready to debut its newest feature this month, which include a reimagined lobby designed to foster conversation and spark creativity (casual team brainstorm session, anyone?) in addition to four new food and beverage concepts: Top Draft, Centennial Grounds, New South Kitchen (pictured here), and Vues Lobby Bar. The 1,059-room property—located just 15 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport—is primed for meetings and events with new additions as well as its existing 45 meeting rooms across 120,000 square feet of function space. In the days of social distancing and outdoor gatherings, the 10,080-square-foot Atrium Terrace allows for both. Shown here, New South Kitchen offers full buyouts for its sophisticated environs with flexible seating and a menu chock-full of Southern comfort food (think shrimp and grits, peach cobbler French toast, sweet tea fried chicken, and smothered pork chops, to name a few).
