Harrah’s Las Vegas has a new partnership with chef Kerry Simon: concept restaurant KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers. The restaurant offers a wide variety of burgers with Simon's touch, and serves lunch, dinner, and late-night fare. Menu options include Iron Chef sliders, tater tots, and sweets like assorted cupcakes, cotton candy, and caramel popcorn. The restaurant bills its burgers, sides, and snacks as crafted in-house from responsibly raised meats and market-fresh produce.
KGB has room for 148, and decor includes wall coverings based on 1960’s Russian propaganda posters plus themed fixtures. A full-service bar offers a wide array of vodkas, and an ice bar pours chilled specialty drinks. A vodka hostess offers guests help pairing burger selections with vodka cocktails. Large TV screens rotate from sports events to retro-style images.
“From the design and decor to the menu and ambiance, everything is very personal to me. It is always my goal to create a restaurant where guests have a memorable experience and they feel like they could come back and eat every day,” Simon said in a statement. “KGB offers a unique, high-energy setting with the most delicious burgers anywhere.”
