Lolita's Cantina & Tequila Bar is a new restaurant and nightclub at the Town Square retail and entertainment complex. It offers modern Mexican fare and handcrafted margaritas and specialty cocktails. The venue has a capacity of 375 for a seated event and is available for full buyout. Other booking options include a private room or outdoor space. Melanie Bash is the director of special events.
Live musicians, performers, and DJs transform the space from a casual daytime dining destination to a nightlife venue after dark. Lolita’s offers more than 100 different tequilas, as well as life-size holographic images for Vegas-appropriate glitz.
Lolita’s uses organic ingredients. Proprietary sauces, salsas, and drink mixes are made fresh daily, and there is a vast margarita and specialty cocktail menu. Chef and mixologist Carlo Cavallo created the menu of authentic Mexican specialties and regional classics.
Owner Eric DeBlasi is a hospitality and nightlife developer who has owned more than 35 high-end restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. He's the founder and C.E.O. of the Medusa Group, which owns venues in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
