Luxury Hotel Will Offer Plenty of Meeting Space

After much anticipation, Rosen Hotels and Resorts is finally debuting the Rosen Shingle Creek on September 9. Situated on 230 acres, Rosen has 1,500 rooms and suites, plus 445,000 square feet of meeting space that includes a 95,000-square-foot column-free ballroom—all designed with a 1900's Spanish Revival style. All ballrooms will also have 31-foot unobstructed ceilings. Another feature is a full-service 13,000-square-foot spa and 18-hole championship golf course. It's located within one mile from the Orange County Convention Center and ten minutes from the Orlando International Airport. The dining options are just as varied as the amenities and range from full service dining at A Land Remembered (a steakhouse) and Cala Bella (an Italian bistro) to quick meals at the 18 Monroe Street Market (a 24-hour deli) and the Cat-Tails Pool Bar & Grill.
