Aiming for a Tuesday arrival, the Patrón Spirits Company's Patrón Tequila Express is on its way to Tampa. The 1927 vintage railcar-which has three bedrooms, a dining room, seating room, and full gourmet kitchen-will stay at the historic Tampa Union Station and be used for corporate hospitality and a variety of parties throughout the week.
The company will also sponsor several activities at the Maxim party on Friday, including a make-your-own-mojito bar, a roll-your-own-cigar station, and the return of its red-carpet debate on who will win the big game-a riff on its latest slogan: "Everything in life is debatable, besides Patrón Tequila."
The company will also erect a tented Patrón Social Club V.I.P. area at ESPN the Magazine's Next event on Saturday and a special red-carpet lounge for rapper Lil Wayne, red carpet celebrity host for the sports mag's Friday night event.
"For the Super Bowl, we want to be everywhere and anywhere we can, so we are extremely grateful for this year's magazine partnerships," said Pam Dzierzanowski, national events director for Patrón.
