Avalon Park Bakery Offers Affordable Meeting Food

Husband-and-wife team Alex and Chris Davis opened Davis Bakery & Company in March after selling bagels and other homemade baked goods at the Winter Park Farmers Market for the past few years. With its new retail location in Avalon Park, the business has expanded to include sandwiches, layer cakes, pies, deli platters, and in-office catering. Prices are reasonable: 13 bagels and cream cheese cost $14.39, a platter of pastries for 12 people costs $23.95, single-serving quiches with a side of fruit are $6.95 per person, and brown-bag lunches are $7.49 each. Delivery throughout Orlando is available for an additional fee, depending on the location. All catering orders require 48 hours notice.
