Partygoers got festive at the "Wine Lovers in Paradise" wine-tasting event, benefiting the Abilities Foundation of Tampa, at a private St. Petersburg residence on February 8. Nearly 300 guests savored the flavors from many of Napa Valley's finest wineries, as a dozen of the region's hippest chefs and restaurants-including the Salt Rock Grill, Capital Grille, and O' Bistro-shared their best dishes.
Event organizers looked to conceptBAIT to make this one-of-a-kind event truly stand out. Attendees gathered and posed for pictures around brightly colored abstract figures, created specifically for the fund-raiser, that towered 10 to 12 feet above their heads as they entered. The striking, illuminated works of art added a unique design element to the outdoor space.As the evening progressed, wine tasters enjoyed the sounds of an intimate, eclectic trio provided by Jane's World Entertainment and were encouraged to peruse their favorite vendors and learn about the workings of the wineries.
