Guests can watch giraffes, zebras, and other African animals roam through a reproduction savannah from the balconies of 492 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites (each with its own kitchenette) at Kidani Village, a lodge inside the Animal Kingdom.
Open since May, the 46-acre property features African-inspired architecture and decor—think hand-carved columns, gold-colored furnishings, and ornate hanging fixtures. The lobby has a vaulted thatched ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the savannah outside.
The property also includes the 150-seat African-Indian restaurant Sanaa, which can be booked for events. Animal-themed activities can be arranged, and a pool, fitness center, and tennis courts are also on site.
