Big Fin Seafood Kitchen opened at the Dellagio Town Center in Orlando in December. The casual eatery serves a combination of fresh seafood, sushi, and steaks and has multiple areas for events.
The 11,000-square-foot restaurant has five spaces that can accommodate as many as 450 people.
The 108-seat main dining room can hold 150 for receptions, while the Trophy Bar can accommodate 35 for receptions and is equipped with three 42-inch plasma TVs. Two private rooms, the Atlantic and Pacific, are also available and can host 100 and 75, respectively. Each room has a 10-foot projection screen, DVD player, wireless microphones, and cable television.
For outdoor events, the covered Bar-A-Cuda patio is outfitted with four 42-inch plasma TVs and offers views of the town center’s lake and fountains. The space can seat 80, including 24 at the bar, or accommodate 150 for receptions.
Restaurant staff can assist in booking entertainment as well as coordinating branded items such as napkins, glassware, and gifts.
