Avalon Event Rentals recently debuted its outdoor 40- by 40-foot pole tent, which rents for $650. The tent includes 20 stakes, and add-ons, such as sidewalls, leg drapes, and globe lighting are available.

The Stick It Truck recently rebranded as Third Coast Steak Sandwiches after leaving behind its original concept of serving gourmet food on a stick. Putting a twist on traditional sandwich recipes, the new menu features items such as the Bruised Peach, a steak sandwich with peach chutney, caramelized onions, blue cheese, and Thai basil. Build-your-own options are also available.

Caterer Jackson and Company will serve "Adult Floats" for the fall season using flavored spirits and homemade ice cream. Flavors such as Apples-and-Caramel, Cherries in the Snow, and S'more-tini will be available for corporate functions and other events.
