Rollin’ n Bowlin’ is Fort Worth’s first food truck and catering service to focus solely on fresh acai bowls, pitaya bowls, and smoothies. Packed with superfoods and nutritious ingredients like fresh fruit, chia seeds, spinach, and coconut water, the menu includes items such as the Super Monkey Bowl with acai, banana, mixed berries, pineapple, spinach, and coconut water; and the Big Lebowlski with peanut butter, oats, banana, plain Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Planners can choose from three levels of catering options: made-to-order dishes served from the food truck, a D.I.Y. toppings bar, or pre-prepared bowls.

First launched in San Francisco, Spin bike-share program expanded into Dallas in 2017 with 50 vehicles. Demand for the service was so high that the fleet now encompasses 500 orange, G.P.S.-enabled smart bikes. Plus, the program is considered “stationless,” with no designated pick-up or drop-off locations. Spin rides cost a dollar per 30 minutes (and are half price for students). Planners who are hosting large groups can contact Spin ahead of time to ensure availability.

Launched in Dallas in November, the Cherry app connects clients with independent aestheticians for on-demand, on-site manicures and pedicures. The company’s waterless techniques lend themselves to private events, as nail technicians can easily set up anywhere. Hourly pricing and customizable packages are available upon request.
