Perfect for an end-of-year blowout bash, Avant Gardner, the block-sized venue complex in East Williamsburg best known as an EDM haven, spans 80,000 square feet with three distinct indoor-outdoor spaces: The Brooklyn Mirage, The Great Hall, and The Kings Hall. Recently renovated, The Brooklyn Mirage features the world's largest permanent LED wall installation, which measures 200 feet in length and 30 feet in height; the space boasts a capacity of up to 5,000 guests.

Hotel Del Coronado’s Crown Room
Located in Hotel Del Coronado’s Victorian Building, the Crown Room features a grand 30-foot, sugar-pine ceiling and chandeliers that were designed by L. Frank Baum, the author of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and a longtime visitor of the hotel. The 9,300-square-foot San Diego venue can hold up to 1,088 guests and makes the ideal setting for a traditional holiday event.

Snapbar’s Snapshot AI
This photo booth platform from Snapbar uses AI to transform guests’ photos into themed visuals by specifying poses, inserting characters or objects, or producing AI-generated video clips. Guests can either upload a photo from their phone or visit an iPad station to take an image. The AI engine then transforms the pics according to the custom prompt—think elves or any holiday theme.

The soft blush pink lounge seating is one way to carry this year's ubiquitous Barbiecore trend into the holidays.

This dining, drinking, and entertainment experience features eight distinct destinations, occupying the entirety of the eighth floor of the recently opened Moxy & AC Hotel Downtown LA. Sprawled across 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, Level 8 centers on the story of fictional globe-trotting character Mr. Wanderlust, which is also the name of the piano bar and jazz lounge. The library setting is adorned with wood paneling and aerialists swinging from a chandelier.

Having recently reopened its doors after closing due to COVID, Delmonico's is once again serving its classic dishes, as well as new ones such as yellowtail crudo and tuna “tagliatelle.” The restaurant offers multiple spaces for private events that can accommodate groups of 12 up to 550.

For a corporate holiday party in Boston, 2 the 9s Events enlisted astronomer Joshua Judkins via Popscope, whose volunteers "pop up" with telescopes in urban public places all over the world. Set up on the rooftop of a private residence, Judkins was on hand with his gear including an astrophotography camera and star maps to show guests everything from the moon to the Sirius star.

Wolfie’s Carousel Bar
Centered around an antiqued carousel-turned-bar that’s fully functioning—it makes a full rotation every 14.5 minutes—Wolfie’s Carousel Bar in San Diego offers just the right amount of whimsy for a holiday party. The Parisian-inspired eatery serves French bistro cuisine such as oysters Rockefeller, wagyu tartare, steak frites, and beignets, alongside cocktails like the French 75, Sazerac, and the signature Wolfie’s Fantasy made with cognac, rose, basil, and lime cordial. It's available for full and partial buyouts.

The National Institute of Conductive Education Gala
Held at Battersea Arts Centre in London last November, this holiday gala, produced by Bruce Russell Events, featured an immersive dinner experience, 50,000 red roses, and a bespoke set design with a gilded red palette. For the "Versailles meets Bridgerton" design, Amie Bone and Bruce Russell enlisted 67 florists to create the highly technical floral installations, which took three days to produce.

RPM Raceway
Guests can race against each other in go-karts at RPM Raceway, which offers track rentals as well as full venue buyouts. Start with a practice race, followed by a qualifying race, and then on to the main event. There are locations in Jersey City, Long Island, Stamford, Poughkeepsie, and Syracuse.
