Union Square Hospitality Announces New Division

Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group (the company behind Union Square Café, Gramercy Tavern, Tabla, Shake Shack, and the Modern) announced a new off-premise catering business called Hudson Yards Catering. Eleven Madison Park’s Kerry Heffernan will be the executive chef, and the company will be the preferred caterer for the Museum of Modern Art and the new venue in the former Tunnel nightclub space.

'By incorporating the overhead kinetic LED lights, we extended the stage above the audience and enhanced the sensory experience of the content by bringing it closer—as close as four feet above attendees' heads,' said Wilson Dow Group's Gino Pennacchio.
