Meat Market restaurant opened yesterday on Lincoln Road in the former in the Pacific Time location. The new 4,400-square-foot restaurant has a crudo bar, an indoor-outdoor lounge and a raw bar, and seating for 180 guests. The menu offers three-tiers of steak from a la carte selections broiled at more than 1,200 degrees to ultra-premium reserve cuts listed on the menu like many fine wines. The crudo bar will open at 5 p.m. and dinner will be served nightly beginning at 6 p.m.
