If you're faced with finding a quick solution for feeding as many as 6,000-plus people lunch in an hour, consider Gourmet Cuisine's Boxed Lunch. A sample boxed lunch includes a grilled chicken breast served with lettuce and Dijonaise on panini bread, a raisin butter tart for dessert, as well as a grilled vegetable alternative for vegetarians, bottled water, and Jersey Mac apples. Preparation takes place at Gourmet Cuisine's headquarters and lunch arrives ready to be served.
