Models Do Eat, It Turns Out

After we reported on the Ford Supermodel of the World event—and the lack of food at the party—the folks at Aquavit pointed out to us that they hosted a dinner for 160 Ford guests the night before. Matthew David and Consilium Ventures designed the decor, and pink lingonberry-infused Aquavit-and-champagne cocktails complemented chef Marcus Samuelsson’s full menu, which included an arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, grapefruit, and sheep’s milk cheese; seared tuna and scallops with spiced date puree; and warm chocolate cake with dried fruit chutney.
