Theater district restaurant West Bank Café has named former Picholine chef Joe Marcus its new executive chef. The meatpacking district’s One Little West 12th has a new chef too: replacing Paul Liebrandt is Kevin Roth, known for his internationally inspired comfort food. (He’s also known for his numerous kitchen-related tattoos—like frying pans and spatulas—but we digress.)
