Restaurant Opens in Boca Raton

Absinthe opened on March 1, incorporating the old-world feel of the once-popular liquor into a 240-seat brasserie and lounge. Chef de cuisine Esteban Arguedas, formerly with the PGA National Resort & Spa in West Palm Beach, is spearheading the breakfast to dinner menu. It will feature an absinthe-infused crème brûlée.
