Resort in Universal Welcomes New Restaurant

Last month, the Orchid Court Sushi Bar debuted at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal in Orlando. Orchid has the same South Pacific touches as the resort and features a garden filled with a variety of orchids from around the world. The restaurant was built to satisfy the growing sushi demand, and Chef Kwang Chung created a menu featuring inventive sushi and sashimi presentations, Asian-inspired desserts, and South Seas martinis like the "Tahitini" and the "Cherry Blossom Saketini."
