The Viceroy Santa Monica began its Summer Session Sundays on June 23 with DJs, cool cocktails, and outdoor movies, all poolside. Whist executive chef Warren Schwartz supplied the grub: Angus beef sliders with red onion and blue cheese, crab croquettes with lemon cream, and oyster shooters. The Viceroy’s standard clientele, ultra-chic gals and guys, sipped pineapple mojitos from the Cameo Bar. The poolside parties happen every week through September, and will feature a movie, a different specialty cocktail each week, and different DJs (Liza Richardson, Garth Trinidad, Peanut Butter Wolf, and Vikter Duplaix, to name a few).
