Hotel Chefs Unveil Menu

The chefs at 1220 Restaurant, at the Tides South Beach, debuted a new three-course "composed menu" this month. Theme variations will change weekly and include a local ingredient incorporated into all three courses. The restaurant can accommodate groups for events, and offers a $5,000 buyout (including two hours of open bar) for groups of 40 or more guests Monday through Thursday.
