Plaza III, The Steakhouse has partnered with the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts and the Florida Theatre (both venues are within walking distance from the restaurant) to introduce the Symphony/Theatre Menu. The special menu is available in the evenings for all shows at the center and major shows at the theater. For $49.95, patrons can choose from four entrées, one side item, a garden salad, cheesecake, and a beverage. The restaurant has also just expanded its lunch and dinner menus. Created in conjunction with WOKV sports director Cole Pepper, new items like the Black Jack hamburger and the Black Jack shrimp brochette are available for lunch; the lobster crab cakes with a tomato basil cream sauce and a pepper-crusted steak finished in a brandy diable sauce can be ordered for dinner.
