Paddy Mac specializes in creating mac-and-cheese dishes, tweaking the childhood favorite to appeal to more mature palettes. Five varieties include the Gourmet Mac (leeks, mushrooms, and gruyere), the Old MacDonald’s Farm (bacon, broccoli, goat cheese, and feta), and the more traditional Ship (a five-cheese blend). The company will deliver the made-to-order cheesy meals hot and ready to serve (oven- and freezer-ready dishes are also available), and will set up chafing dishes for catered events or in-office meetings. All but a few of the ingredients are sourced from local purveyors, and new flavors are in the works—the spicy chicken Cinco de Maco will be available for delivery in the coming weeks.
