Rosewater Supper Club Hires New Chef

Paul Boehmer has been named the new executive chef at Rosewater Supper Club. Boehmer— known for opening kitchens in a number of nightclubs in the city, including Atlas, Ultra, and the Spoke Club—began his career as an apprentice in 1983 under Michael Stadtlander. He has worked at Scaramouch, Bistro 990, and Opus Restaurant. His new menu features dishes such as ricotta gnocchi with lemon beurre blanc and Nunavut wild caribou marinated with black currant. Rosewater is available for private bookings.
