M.A.C. Cosmetics unveiled its "Baking Beauties" color collection at a patisserie-themed event in Los Angeles April 11. Held in the brand's Robertson Boulevard shop, the event featured three models painted head to toe in pastel colors inspired by lavish desserts. The sweet-looking ladies posed on small, sky-blue pedestals that looked like cake stands.
To enhance the sugary theme, servers plied guests with colorful cakes in a variety of flavors while cake decorator Andrew Calvillo of Duff's CakeMix embellished a three-tiered confection on site.
