Commemorating its namesake's 102nd birthday, Sailor Jerry hosted an event that put permanent tattoos on 102 guests. The bash, held Monday at Passenger, saw Three Kings Tattoo set up temporary shop in the Williamsburg bar and offer a free anchor-shaped ink design—a reference to Navy veteran and tattoo artist Norman Collins's work tattooing sailors and a nod to the spiced rum's logo. Naturally, Sailor Jerry also used the promotion to serve its rum in drinks, including a Dark and Stormy and apple cider cocktail.
