Cocoa Latte, a new chocolate shop and coffee bar in south Orlando, can create chocolates with edible images of corporate logos or messages such as "Happy Holidays." In addition to traditional milk, dark, and white chocolate, the chocolates come in flavors like cherry, peanut butter, and pistachio. The cost is $3.50 for a box of two, $10 for a box of six, or $15 for a box of 10.

St. Petersburg's GateauOChocolat can ship its gluten-free, organic chocolate cake anywhere in the United States. The rich, dense cake is made with Ecuadorian chocolate, organic sugar, and eggs and butter from small family farms. The cost is $32.95 for a six-inch cake and $44.95 for the nine-inch. The price is discounted for multiple orders.

Take employees or clients to A Tuna Christmas, presented by the Orlando Shakespeare Theater through December 30. This is the second in a series of comedic plays set in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas. Performances are at 7 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays. Ticket prices range from $20 to $38. Groups of 10 to 19 people get a 10 percent discount; groups of 20 or more get a 20 percent discount.

The Yum Yum Truck is offering a variety of special treats for the holidays, all packaged for gift-giving. Jingle Balls are available in any flavor that is on the cupcake menu and are coated in the appropriate topping (such as nuts on the chocolate-peanut butter balls and chocolate chips on the mint chocolate balls). The cost is $2.50 for one, or $10 for a box of four.

Birchmore Group is offering several new items for holiday parties including snow machines, real reindeer, and an 18-foot snow globe that can be used as decor or for photo ops. The globe can be filled with artificial snow, holiday decor, or can accommodate a small group of carolers. The rate is $650 per day for the inflatable globe with snow; decor, entertainment, and lighting are extra.

My Tropical Jazz is a new entertainment option for holiday parties from Jazz Attack. Using instruments such as steel drums, sax-flute, bass, and drums, the group plays jazz infused with the rhythm of the islands. My Tropical Jazz can perform as a trio or with up to six people. Pricing varies depending on the options selected.

The wacky trophy wall from Max King Events will create some memorable photos for party guests. Three 10-foot tall mahogany panels are embellished with a faux fireplace and the heads of a T. rex, wild boar, and a shark. Below the animal heads are three holes for guests to put their faces in to look as if they are mounted on the wall as well. The wall rents for $2,290.

Michael Andrew's Swingin' Christmas returns to Orlando, this time featuring the new Ocean's 11 Orchestra. The show will be at the Abbey December 13 to 22. Tickets are $41.50 and groups receive one complimentary ticket with every 20 purchased. Groups can reserve preferred seating near the stage and can also rent the venue before or after the show for a private event.

Wildly Different has several new options for teambuilding activities. Presents of Mind pits teams of participants against each other to complete jigsaw puzzles and play popular board games. For What's Your Wine Personality, a certified sommelier combines a wine-tasting with a study of business communication styles, comparing each wine to a different personality. The cost is $6,500, plus wine and travel costs for the speaker.
